Hi, I’m Kacie

I got into photography by being around people—music, movement, connection, the kind of moments you can’t really plan for. That’s still what drives everything I do.

I’m less interested in perfect poses and more interested in how things actually feel. The way you exist with the people around you, the energy of a space, the little in-between moments that usually go unnoticed.

When we work together, it’s not about performing for the camera. It’s about showing up as you are and letting me meet you there.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m hanging out with my fiancée, my (very spoiled) fur baby Bella, my niece, or friends.

I love sharing my game collection, being around live music, and I have a soft spot for anything a little gritty or offbeat—especially horror movies.

My Approach

I treat this more like spending time together than running a photoshoot.

I’m not here to overly direct or interrupt what’s naturally happening. I’ll guide when it’s helpful, but for the most part, I’m paying attention—watching how things unfold and stepping in when something feels worth holding onto.

For weddings especially, I love having timelines intentionally loose. The day isn’t meant to feel rushed or over-structured. You should have the space to actually experience it, not move from one posed moment to the next.

I care about honesty over perfection. Photos that feel like you, not something forced or overly polished.
